Shipping policy

In case of re-shipment, all costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
After order confirmation, LittlesOtters undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by the buyer. This carrier undertakes by contract with LittlesOtters to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by LittlesOtters.
In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of order.
Delivery will be made by Colissimo post office followed at home or relay depending on the customer's choice of transport in mainland France. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages. In the event that the package has not been collected (at a relay point or at the post office) within the allotted time, all costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
The deliveries in the countries of the EEC are carried out by the post office in colissimo followed Europe. For deliveries outside the EEC deliveries are made by international postal services. The goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. Always check your package on arrival. The customer is responsible for checking the packages upon receipt, in the presence of the delivery person, and must immediately report to little home and the carrier any problem found (damaged package, etc.). Once the envelope has been prepared by us,it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 5 working days, directly to your letterbox.
- Colissimo Home
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours, directly to your letterbox. If it is not large enough and you are absent, a calling card will be left to you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to collect your package the next day at 3 p.m. post office of your choice. If you do not express a choice, you can then pick up your package at your home post office, within 15 days.
